Careers

If are a data professional of any level of experience, Duuti might be just the place for you.

In case you are interested, just send an email to: [email protected]. You don’t need to include a CV or a long story of your background. Just tell us that you are interested and want to hear more, and we’ll go from there.

You will then hear more about our vision and idea of what the company should be like and what it would mean for you specifically. Hopefully you will then see if it is the kind of place you would want to work at already during the first chats we have.

Why choose us?

We aim to stretch the limits of how much a company can provide for it’s employees. When we say we put our people first, it doesn’t exclude any aspect, and it shows in everything we do and aim for.

As that is just the writing on the wall, here are some concrete things it means for you, if you are to join us:

You will be compensated as much as is possible.

  • You get to choose the compensation model that suits you the best. There is not a set list to select from, and we can work out a solution just for you. We will give you examples of the bases other employees are being compensated on.
  • If you want to, we will tell you how much your coworkers are getting paid before hiring you. This information is of course available for you at any point in time once you are an employee.
  • Examples of benefits you can have: lunch, sports and culture, dental, extensive insurance, car and massage.
    • This list is not set in stone, and we will provide as many benefits as possible and stretch them to the limits of what the Finnish tax authority allows.
  • We stretch the amount we compensate our employees to the limit of keeping the company liquid, up and running, and just profitable enough to be able to weather some storms.

Everything we do is transparent.

  • Everyone has access to and is made aware of everything that goes on in the company. There is no decision, plan or meeting note that is hidden. This is stretched to the limit that is set by law.
  • We will also make as much of our information available to the public as possible.

We have a vision, but you define the shape and the direction of the company. That includes changing the vision.

  • As our employee you will be in charge of defining what the company should be like and what it should do. This can also be thought of in reverse, as employees also decide what we should not be like and what we should not do.
  • There is no hierarchy. We are simply people, and teams of people, who can make plans discussed over morning coffee into reality by lunch, without worrying about whether it is “what we should be doing”. If you think it is what we should be doing, then it is.
  • Among many other things, employees get to choose for an example: what we use our profits for, what kind of activities we have, how our internal processes should work, what kind of projects they want to work on, when and where to work, the tools needed for work and how do we compensate our employees.
